Are you trying to move the dial on one of the big challenges our society is facing? Are you trying to solve stubborn problems? Are you trying to work out how to respond to tensions and dilemmas? Are you trying to find ways to strengthen how people work together? Are you trying to be more resilient or to develop your sense of agency in the face of change and uncertainty? Are you trying to find ways forward, to create something better than today?
This is important and tricky work. We can't do it alone - we need to do it together with others. This requires us to be in conversations that are different to our usual conversations, and to stay in them as things get harder and harder. We need to be in conversations that change us, that are more than "just talking". Conversations that actually take us somewhere.
I work with and alongside people to enhance their capacity to have the conversations they need to create the future they want.
